How it works
- Upload your novel. We detect its chapters and language.
- Extract the lore — an LLM reads the book and builds a searchable atlas of characters, factions, locations, items, and events.
- Play as your own character. The game master narrates turn by turn, grounded in the extracted lore and your run's evolving memory.
Why it beats a raw chatbot
- It knows the world: narration cites real entities from the book, not invented lore.
- It remembers: your run's state survives across turns and reloads.
- It stays consistent: superseded facts are retired so the GM never treats stale lore as canon.
Post a playthrough, get 1,000 credits
Made a video of your run? Put it on YouTube, paste the link on your account page, and if it passes review your account is credited with 1,000 credits — enough for a long run on the standard game master. A submission is reviewed automatically: the video has to be public, between 5 and 30 minutes long, carry your account's claim phrase in its description, and actually show this game being played. One award per account, and the review can decline — it tells you why, and what to change if it is fixable.
What's new
LLM RPG is in active development — it ships several times a week, and the build you are on is in the footer. The last few changes players would notice:

Fix a failed payment without leaving the account page
If a renewal payment fails, your account page now has an Update payment method button that takes you straight to your provider’s page. If that page cannot be opened, it says so and offers to try again instead of leaving you with nothing to press.

A page that is waiting on the server now stops waiting
If the server accepts a request and then never answers, the page used to sit on “Loading…” forever. It now gives up after 45 seconds, says so, and lets you try again.

Credit packs say when they cannot be loaded
If the credit packs fail to load on your account page, the page now says so and offers a retry, instead of quietly showing nothing — which looked exactly like having no packs to buy.

Fix your character without throwing the run away
Open Run details on a run and use Edit character to correct the name, gender, origin, starting status or abilities. Your turns and everything the game master remembers are kept — until now the only way to change any of it was to delete the run.
