Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Tiraisoft, Jl. Rahayu Sungai Paring, Martapura, Indonesia ("we", "us"), for your use of LLM RPG.

By creating an account or using LLM RPG, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. LLM RPG is operated by Tiraisoft, so you also accept Tiraisoft's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to us as a company and in addition to these terms. Where these terms and Tiraisoft's terms cover the same subject, these terms govern your use of LLM RPG. If you do not accept all of them, do not use LLM RPG.

1. What the service is

LLM RPG turns a novel into a playable text role-playing game. You supply a book — or pick one of our ready-made worlds — we extract its world into a searchable atlas, and an AI game master narrates a turn-by-turn story in which you play a character.

2. Your account

You need a working email address; sign-in is by one-time code, so there is no password to lose. Keep access to your inbox secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. One account is for one person. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13.

3. What you upload — and the rights you need

You must own the book you upload, or otherwise have the right to upload and process it. Uploading material you have no rights to is a breach of these terms and is your responsibility, not ours. Files must be .txt or .epub and no larger than 10 MB.

You keep every right you already had in what you upload. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the limited permission we need to actually run the service for you: to store your file, process it (including sending it to our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy), derive lore from it, and show it back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.

Identical files are stored and extracted once. If the book you upload is byte-for-byte identical to one already extracted, your campaign is given its own copy of that lore rather than being charged to extract the same book again, and one stored copy of the file serves everyone who uploaded it. Nobody can read a file you uploaded — we never serve one back — and nothing about your account, your runs or your gameplay is shared. Deleting your campaign or your account removes everything that ties you to the book; the stored file itself is deleted once the last person holding it has gone. See the Privacy Policy.

Do not upload anything unlawful, or any material that sexualises minors. Such content is removed and the account closed.

4. What the game master writes

Narration is generated by an AI model. It can be wrong, inconsistent, or at odds with the source book, and similar prompts may produce similar text for different users — so we cannot promise your output is unique, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. It is for your entertainment. Do not rely on it as fact or advice. As between you and us, you may use the narration your runs produce as you see fit; be aware that whether AI output attracts copyright at all varies by country.

If you set a run on a real street, the game master is additionally given a description that an AI model read off a street photograph of that place. The photograph may be years old and the description may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. None of it is a statement about the real world you can rely on — not for navigation, not for safety, and not for what is at an address today. It is part of the game. The photograph shown beside your run is loaded by your own browser from Google, so that view is between you and Google under their terms and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service; what we keep against the run is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the service or its metering; do not resell it or run it on someone else's behalf as a bureau; do not use it to generate unlawful material; and do not scrape or automate it in ways that degrade it for others.

6. Credits, plans and payment

• Credits are the unit of work. A narrated turn costs a number of credits that depends on your plan, because the plans narrate with different models; the opening scene of a run is free on some plans and charged as a turn on others. Extracting a book costs one credit per 50,000 characters on every plan, quoted to you before anything is spent — and nothing at all when the book has already been extracted, which is the case for every ready-made world and for any file identical to one already in our library. The per-turn price for each plan, and current prices and credit amounts, are on the pricing page.
• Free accounts get a one-time welcome grant, not a monthly refill, and while you are spending only that grant you may extract at most 5 credits' worth of any single book. A bigger book is never silently truncated — you are shown the partial coverage and asked first. Once you have bought credits, whether a pack or a subscription, that per-book limit no longer applies to your account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel in the app at any time. You keep access and credits for the period you have already paid for, and you can resume before that period ends.
• Plan credits refresh each period and unused ones roll over up to the cap shown on the pricing page. Top-up credits never expire and are spent only after plan credits.
• Credits are a product, not money. When you buy credits you are buying the right to use LLM RPG, and the purchase completes at that moment. Credits are not a deposit or stored value, and we do not hold funds on your behalf. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not redeemable except as use of the service.
• Credits exist only inside LLM RPG, and last as long as it does. If we discontinue LLM RPG, or stop operating it for any reason, unspent credits stop being usable, and we do not refund them or convert them to money. That is the other side of credits not expiring.
• Automatic refunds: a turn that fails and an extraction that stops early are refunded in credits automatically — you are only charged for work delivered.
• Payments for credits are final. We do not give money back for credits, spent or unspent. Two things that does not mean: work that fails still returns the credits to your balance, as above — that is a credit going back, not a money refund; and a charge made in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, is still corrected. Email support@tiraisoft.com with the date and amount. Any rights your local consumer law gives you apply on top of these terms and are not reduced by them.
• Price changes apply from your next billing period. Taxes, where they apply, are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

7. Availability

We do not promise uptime. The service depends on third parties — hosting, AI providers, map and imagery providers, payment processors — and we may change, suspend or discontinue features, or the service itself. Unspent credits are tied to the service and are not refunded when it ends — see section 6.

8. Ending it

You may stop using LLM RPG whenever you like; cancel in the app, and delete your account — with everything in it — from your account page. You can download your data first, from the same place (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and for a serious breach we may do so without notice.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including under consumer protection law, and for fraud.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected here with a new date at the top; there is no mailing list and no notification undertaking. This page is the record, and it is the version in force. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes belong to the courts of Indonesia — except where the consumer law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which these terms do not take away.
